Gabby Design my first deal for free
Privacy policy

Privacy, in plain English.

Gabby is run by ClickThere Marketing, LLC. This page covers what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. No decoder ring required. Effective August 8, 2026.

The short version
  • We collect what you type into our forms and what standard web analytics see.
  • We use it to build deals, settle money, and put ads in front of the right few miles.
  • We never sell your information. And your customer list is yours, full stop.
  • Want something corrected or deleted? Ask, and it’s done.

What we collect

Different people use Gabby differently, so here it is by role:

  • Visitors. The basics every website sees: pages viewed, browser and device type, and the IP addresses in our server logs. We host on Cloudflare, which keeps the site fast and the abuse out. If you arrived from an ad, cookies and pixels note that too (see “Cookies and ads” below).
  • People who write to us. Whatever you put in the contact form: your name, email, business name, and message. We use it to answer you, and that’s it. No newsletter, no drip campaign.
  • Business owners who hire Gabby. What you tell us during onboarding (your business details, your offer, your prices), your payment details (handled by Stripe; full card numbers never touch our servers), and the numbers on your weekly receipt.
  • People who buy a deal. A name, an email, a phone number, and a purchase. That information is the customer list, and it belongs to the business that ran the deal. Not to us, and not to anyone else.

How we use it

To run Gabby: design and run deals, deliver vouchers, route money to the right account, send weekly receipts, answer messages, measure which ads bring in real customers, and keep bots and fraud out. We also keep what the law makes us keep, like tax and payment records. That is the whole list of reasons.

Cookies and ads

Gabby fills businesses by advertising to their neighbors, so this site uses advertising cookies and pixels (currently the Meta Pixel) to measure which ads bring paying customers instead of empty clicks. The ad platform learns that a visit or purchase came from its ad; that is how we keep ad spend honest. You can clear or block cookies in your browser and turn off personalized ads in the platform’s own settings, and this site keeps working either way.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the thing, each getting the minimum it needs: Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), Stripe (payments), and the ad platforms (measurement, as above). If the law genuinely requires us to share something, we comply. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it. There is no version of Gabby where your data is the product.

Your customer list is yours

This one gets its own section because it is a house rule: every name, email, and phone number your deals collect belongs to you. Leave any month and all of it walks out the door with you. Ask us to delete our copy, and we will.

Your choices

Want to see what we have about you, fix it, or delete it? Send a note through the contact page. We will check that it’s really you, then take care of it as fast as we can, and always within the timelines the law sets. Asking never costs you anything and never gets held against you.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep information while your account is active or while the law requires it, then we delete it. Everything travels over encrypted connections, and we build on providers whose security teams are a lot bigger than our crew.

Kids

Gabby is for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

When this policy changes

We update this page and change the date at the top. If a change actually matters, customers get an email about it. No silent edits.
